Think chillable, Loire-meets-Beaujolais energy but more rustic/heritage. San Francisco [Negramole] was brought to Chile mixed with País in the 1500’s—a stowaway. A lesser-known Chilean varietal you may not have heard of—but one you’ll absolutely enjoy once you try it.
